Marisa took excellent care of us. The other staff was great too! Food was very authentic and tasted great. Calabasa in the beans. Great value and really good music. Will def be back.
Second time around and the food still tasting amazing. All the seasoning it’s just right. The atmosphere is soothing dinner and music, nothing can compare. Service is great, always checking in as you eat if you need anything and is everything alright. Recommend to anyone and everyone.
This restaurant it’s a 10/10!!! Beautiful atmosphere, excellent service and one of the best places to eat a delicious Mofongo! Everything was so delicious, the Mofongo of Chicken was so juicy and flavorful, the Pollo guisado with rice and beans and the Salmon with coconut sauce were are of this world! And if you love desserts, you have to try the Flancocho and Tres Leche cake are amazing!
Stopped in for my birthday dinner and had a great time! The staff was incredibly friendly, atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. I had the pernil which came with rice and beans which were delicious and full of flavor. Would definitely come back!
Sazon y Pilon is one of a kind! My second time around and I was very pleased. First time around I had the Jibarito sandwich and it was delicious! This time I went a little extra (I love good food! What can I say) and enjoyed the chicken empanadas, shrimp mofongo with a passion fruit frozen margarita on the side. Everything was on point! No regrets. Warm and welcoming environment. Great customer service. Staff was attentive. Good music during my stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique high quality PuertoRican/Dominican restaurant.
Made a reservation for 7:30 p.m., but was 30 minutes late (blk people time lol). Although we were running late they assured us our table would be saved. Also, I was able to drop off the birthday cake in the morning with no issues. We had the best dinner all the food was delicious & they’re not shy with their portions!! Cute restaurant right here in New City, family and I were glad we didn’t have to drive to NJ or NYC for a nice birthday dinner. No complaints, go go go the staff and food are amazing.
Food and drinks were amazing! Oxtails and their beans were the stars but everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The staff was attentive and made sure we had drinks throughout our stay.
Had the chicharron, coconut margarita and vanilla flancocho. Everything was made with love and delicious.
